এই সেবার শর্তাবলী ("শর্তাবলী") নাগরিক সনদ পোর্টাল ("আমরা", "আমাদের" বা "পোর্টাল") এবং পোর্টালের ব্যবহারকারী ("আপনি" বা "ব্যবহারকারী")-এর মধ্যে একটি আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি। পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর শর্তসমূহ মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত না হন, তবে পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করবেন না।
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between নাগরিক সনদ পোর্টাল ("we", "our", or "the Portal") and you ("you" or "User"). By using the Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.
পোর্টালটি একটি ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যার মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের নাগরিকরা বিভিন্ন ধরনের সরকারি সনদের (যেমন: নাগরিক সনদ, পারিবারিক সনদ, ওয়ারিশ সনদ, আয়ের সনদ, চারিত্রিক সনদ ইত্যাদি) জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন, প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও ডাউনলোডের সুবিধা পেতে পারেন। আমরা নির্ভুল, নির্ভরযোগ্য ও সময়োপযোগী সেবা প্রদানের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে প্রযুক্তিগত বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য কারণে সেবার নিরবচ্ছিন্নতা, প্রাপ্যতা বা সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভুলতার নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা সম্ভব নয়।
The Portal is a digital platform through which citizens of Bangladesh may apply for, process, and download various government certificates (e.g., Citizen Certificate, Family Certificate, Heirship Certificate, Income Certificate, Character Certificate, etc.) online. We strive to provide accurate, reliable, and timely services; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors.
আপনি পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করার সময় নিম্নলিখিত দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন:
When using the Portal, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when applying.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and remain responsible for activities carried out through your account.
• Not copy, modify, republish, or distribute any part of the Portal without authorization.
• Not interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Portal’s systems or security.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of Bangladesh.
পোর্টালের সকল বিষয়বস্তু, নকশা, লোগো, লেখা, গ্রাফিক্স, সফটওয়্যার এবং অন্যান্য উপাদান আমাদের অথবা আমাদের লাইসেন্সদাতাদের মালিকানাধীন এবং কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক ও অন্যান্য আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। পোর্টালের কোনো অংশ পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার, অনুলিপি বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the Portal are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No part of the Portal may be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
পোর্টালে তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা সেবার লিংক থাকতে পারে। এসব লিংক শুধুমাত্র ব্যবহারকারীর সুবিধার্থে প্রদান করা হয়। আমরা এই তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিষয়বস্তু বা অনুশীলনের জন্য দায়ী নই এবং আপনি এসব লিংক নিজ দায়িত্বে ব্যবহার করবেন।
The Portal may contain links to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties and you access them at your own risk.
প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, পোর্টাল ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা পরিণামগত ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না, এমনকি যদি আমরা এ ধরনের ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা সম্পর্কে অবগত থাকি বা সে বিষয়ে পূর্বে অবহিত হয়ে থাকি। আমাদের মোট দায় এই শর্তাবলীর অধীনে আপনার দ্বারা পরিশোধিত প্রযোজ্য ফি-এর পরিমাণের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে, যদি কোনো ফি প্রযোজ্য হয়।
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Portal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you (if any) under these Terms.
পোর্টালটি "যে অবস্থায় আছে" এবং "যে অবস্থায় উপলভ্য" সেই ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয় এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমার মধ্যে কোনো প্রকার স্পষ্ট বা অন্তর্নিহিত নিশ্চয়তা ছাড়াই সরবরাহ করা হয়। পোর্টালের কার্যকারিতা, নির্ভুলতা, নির্ভরযোগ্যতা বা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন প্রাপ্যতা সম্পর্কে আমরা কোনো স্পষ্ট বা অন্তর্নিহিত নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করি না, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে বাণিজ্যিক যোগ্যতা বা নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে উপযোগিতার অন্তর্নিহিত গ্যারান্টি।
The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the functionality, accuracy, or reliability of the Portal, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You may need to create an account to access certain services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন, সংযোজন বা হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশের তারিখ থেকে কার্যকর হবে এবং শীর্ষে "সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ" তারিখ উল্লেখ থাকবে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা ইমেইল বা ওয়েবসাইটে নোটিশ দিতে পারি। পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার পরও পোর্টাল ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা সংশোধিত শর্তাবলীর প্রতি আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page, with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you via email or a website notice. Continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the new Terms.
এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন, অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার, জালিয়াতি বা পোর্টালের নিরাপত্তা বিঘ্নিত করার মতো পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি যদি যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে মনে হয় যে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেছেন বা পোর্টালের অপব্যবহার করেছেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল হলে আপনি পোর্টালের সীমাবদ্ধ বা সুরক্ষিত অংশে প্রবেশের অধিকার হারাতে পারেন এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন ও আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতির অধীনে সংরক্ষিত তথ্য মুছে ফেলা বা সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Portal. Upon termination, you will lose access to restricted parts of the Portal and we may delete your stored information.
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। এই শর্তাবলী থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
এই শর্তাবলী পোর্টাল ব্যবহার সম্পর্কিত আপনার এবং আমাদের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে এবং পূর্ববর্তী কোনো যোগাযোগ বা চুক্তি প্রতিস্থাপন করে।
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Portal and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
